Infrared Roof Scanning and Imaging

Our state-of-the-art infrared scanning and imaging procedure is done with hand-held portable scanners that give high-quality infrared images. The scanning procedure makes water-saturated roof substrates and roof insulation stand out and can detect missing insulation, thermal bridges, and air leakage.

The infrared scanning procedure is also great for detecting moisture (mold) penetration along walls, insulation, curbs, and vents on your building and existing roof area. Early detection and correction of the problem extends the life of the roof and can save 5-50% of the cost of a new roof.

Infrared scanning is generally done at night with no less than two workers onsite. Please keep in mind our rates cover multiple technicians, assuring the job is properly covered from all angles.
